I've exclusively used A-transmission Masters since the early to mid-nineties. Back then, we were a small landscape company with two very important trucks. If one truck went down, there went half of my companies production. We now have twelve trucks and each one is still just as important as when we had two. When one goes down with a drive train issue, Mike (RIP), Deb and Tracy know how important it is to my business to get that truck back on the road (especially in the winter when snow removal is our sole source of income) and have always prioritized my vehicles in a quick, professional manner. I don't even have to ask for an estimate anymore. I trust that Tracy will call me if there is an issue that is going to cost over and above what the truck is worth or call if there is going to be a significant delay.
